Staff Reports – Bill Mueller (prayer list) Care and calling
Jenny Gleichauf – Highlights – Youth programs going well. Staff conducted two
retreats (Servants & Confirmands).
October Minutes: Approved as presented on line. (Stewart/Kelley)
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted as a separate handout.
Support Group:
Sanctuary Renewal Proposal: Bob Linn moved “that the remaining sanctuary
outreach initially be funded by short term borrowing from the Harris Bank line
of credit. This will allow for a fund raising campaign to pay off the debt to
the Harris Bank. However should any amount be outstanding at October 31, 2010,
such amount will be repaid from the discretionary CIR funds” (Linn/Jadel) Motion
passed after discussion.
Chicago Community Trust: Jack Jadel moved to open an account at Chicago
Community Trust to eliminate financial risks to the church. (Linn/Jadel) A copy
of the agreement with CCT was submitted.
Canvass Update: Steve Huels advises the initial response was good.
Action Items: Steve Huels reviewed the status of the action items list.

The meeting was closed with prayer at 9:00pm.
