Jennifer Gleichauf at 847-441-3400, ext. 15   Ash Wednesday Taizé Service Come and worship with us as we begin the season of Lent together with a Taizé service on Ash Wednesday, February 17 at 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary. Simple songs, candlelight, prayers, scripture and the imposition of ashes will offer us the opportunity to reflect on the meaning and journey of the season. Join us for our Taizé worship service six times a year. We invite you to join us in this contemplative setting for a time of meditation and prayer. Taizé worship was started in an ecumenical community in Taizé, France. It is a community committed to promoting and praying for reconciliation, peace, unity, and healing throughout the world.
